NCO, conducted by SOF was supposed to be conducted on 08 Sep from 10 to 11 AM in school. however i have come to know that this examination is conducted at few centers across India on 09 Sep 11 and 10 sep also
Udaipur is one such example where this examination was conducted on 08 , 09 Sep & 10 Sep all three days.
Every where the same paper was given to students , at many places students who walked in to examination had the question paper in their hands. This raises serious doubts on the competency of the SOF to conduct exam of this stature
